Bundthead. . .

. . . or at least that's what my dad called me.  I made a lemon bundt cake for three reasons:
1.   It was Easter and we needed something sweet and spring-y.
2.  I wanted to use your lemon zester.
3.  I like saying "bundt."  Try it.  It's fun.  It reminds me of the many hours my high school friends and I spent trying to pronouncing NOFX as a single syllable.  Good luck with that one ;)

  1. beautiful! it looks so perfect!!!! i WANT TO BAKE TOO BUT I CAN'T BECAUSE I'M WRITING THESE PAPERS! *sigh*
    when it's over, come what may, there will be baking.

  2. Thanks, Linds!!! I know you can't do anything other than write these days, but I expect you to bake minutes after your orals are over (preferably with me). Speaking of baking together, when can I invite myself to Maine? We need to solve the whoopie pie filling debate, and I think it's best to do this in the state of its origin.

    (You'll have to ask J about the nifty photo thing because I'm clueless about that stuff)
